Santasha Ratcliff, the eldest of her mother's five children started cooking at the age of eleven to help feed her younger siblings. Out of this neccessity grew a love and a passion for cooking.
Santasha graduated from the Art Institute of New York City with high honors. She holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. Being the mother of a toddler at the time, the restaurant world was just not ideal anymore.
Santasha is a member of the United
States Personal Chef Association and is dedicated to making your services memorable ones.
Santasha is qualified in food protection by the City of New York Department of Health.
She is also Servsafe qualified.
She also holds a Certificate in Nutrition for Foodservice and Culinary Professionals.
